Return Policy:
▪️ If the product does not have any visible defects once sold, it is not exchangeable.
▪️ If the provided product is not genuine, then you have to let us know after receiving the
product on the same day.
▪️ If the received product is not the same as the ordered one and the customer uses the
product, then it is not replaceable.
▪️ A change of mind does not apply to product returns.
▪️ If the product is damaged due to courier service and the customer receives the product,
then the responsibility is upon the customer. Any further issues (e.g., hardware damage)
will not be taken care of by us.
▪️ The customer will have to bear the cost of the shipping cost.
Refund Policy:
▪️ The refund process may take up to 5-7 business working days for mobile banking
transactions.
▪️ Returned products will get rechecked by our concerned team, and if the product is
defective or malfunctioning without any physical damage, the customer will get the
refund.
▪️ Gateway charges are not refundable.
▪️ The cashback amount will get deducted while making the refund.
